In electric braking, traction motor acts as a generator. Kinetic Energy of a moving train converted into electrical energy is, dissipated in the form of heat. This is called Dynamic Braking.
Construction: Dynamic Braking Resistors are manufactured as per Customers requirement.
Testing: All Routine Tests are conducted in-house.
Following special tests are also conducted if required:
- Vibration Test
- Rain Test
- Hygroscopic Test.
HT indoor isolators of following rating
- 3.3 KV / 6.6 KV/ 12 KV / 22 KV / 33 KV.
- 400 Amp./630 Amp./1200 Amp./1800 Amp./3200 Amp.
